What is your upgrade policy?
Gallarific comes with a lifetime of free updates. We believe that you shouldn't have to pay to receive upgrades, so after your initial purchase we will never ask you to pay for anything else, including upgrades.

What is your support policy?
Just like our upgrade policy, Gallarific comes with a lifetime of free product support for the paid version via email.

Can I remove the attribution links in the footer
The free version is free because of the attribution links. They cannot be removed. The free version will not work if the footer code is removed. You will need to purchase the paid version of Gallarific is you wish to remove the footer attribution links.

Is Gallarific installed on my web server?
Yes, Gallarific is a collection of PHP scripts that need to be uploaded to your web server.

Do you offer a hosted version of Gallarific?
No we don't. We're experts at building PHP scripts not server management, so that's where we focus our time and energy. We may offer a hosted version one day, but it's not a priority at the moment.

Do you offer a trial version of your photo gallery?
Certainly. Just download and install the free version before you buy the paid version.
Do you offer a non-profit discount?
Yes. We offer a 25% discount for non-profit institutions. Simply contact us with your non-profit ID and organization name and we'll organize the discount for you. Often we donate copies of our PHP photo gallery to non-profits, too. If you'd like to apply for a free copy please include a paragraph about your organization and how you plan to use Gallarific.

How do I install the photo gallery?
Gallarific is easy to install via FTP. You upload the files to your web site and then run the install script from your web browser. It automatically creates the database for you and does everything you need to start uploading photos. We offer free installation for those who aren't comfortable installing Gallarific. After you purchase just contact us to request the free installation. Please include FTP details for your site. You'll also need to create an empty MySQL database and send your database details (database server, usually "localhost", database username, database password and database name). All installs are completed within 48 hours and we will send you an email with your login details when it's done.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via our authorized retailer, 2Checkout.

What web hosts do you suggest?
Gallarific can run on the large majority of PHP web hosts, as long as they meet our requirements. If you have a web host in mind and aren't sure if they meet our requirements just contact us and we'll check for you free of charge.
