A busy schedule to start the year…

I have just scheduled the first few stops for 2012. Here they are:

January

I will be visiting with Gary Ashton of the Ashton Real Estate Group in Nashville. It is about a three hour drive from home, He is a brilliant photographer in his own right. He does mostly model photography and this promises to be a great way to start the year. I will also be visiting Hampton Roads Virginia and Gary Lundholm, who owns a Virginia Beach Real Estate Brokerage. Outside of the fact that Gary is one of the neatest people ever, the architecture and history of the Hampton Roads area is captivating. I visited there last year and have been dying to get back this year,,,WITH my camera.

February

This promises to be the busiest month all year. I will be going to visit my friends Ryan Ward in Atlanta and Wayne Long in Columbus GA. You would think that the architecture of these to cities is similar and you’d be wrong. It has been 5 or 6 years since the three of us first met down at the CNN center in Atlanta at a little Mexican resaurant. I am looking forward to going back.

But that is just the start. That first week of February will also include visits to Boca Raton and real estate agents Claude Champagne and Caesar Parisi. Boca has some of the most outstanding beach front homes to photograph and these guys are a bunch of fun besides.

One the way home, I have scheduled a quick visit with Cal Carter and the guys on the Gulf Coast in Alabama. This is an area of the country that I have never visited. I have always wanted to. To make the trip even better, Cal has been gracious enough to offer me a place to stay and I guarantee  that this trip is going to be a good time.

How;s that for an ambitious start to the year?
